Participants are required to register online and submit their abstracts of their contributions according to the provided schedule and template.

Registration steps

• Create Account: Create an “EasyConferences” account through www.easyconferences.org
• Verify E-mail: Activate your account, by clicking on the activation link sent to you.
• Log-in: After Verifying your email, you may log in through the direct link: www.easyconferences.org/ismec2026/register in order to register (please note that if you log-in through www.easyconferences.org and not the direct link, you will need to locate the conference within the list of conferences).
• Create Order: Finalise the registration securely through the online payment methods or Bank Transfer (recommended).
• Done!

Registration fee for active participants includes: attendance at all scientific sessions, conference kit, welcome reception, lunches, coffee breaks, and gala dinner. For accompanying person: welcome reception, lunches and the gala dinner.

Registrations will close on June 5^th.

*Junior researchers involve master and PhD students, as well as post-doctoral fellows under 30 years old. Applicants should send a copy of their student card or declaration of the supervisor to the conference secretariat (ismec2026@uniud.it).
