Abstracts submission 

Registered participants who would like to send a contribution should submit an abstract according to the following deadlines:

• Contributions to be considered as oral communications: April 15^th
• Contributions to be considered as poster communications: April 30^th

Abstracts should be prepared MS word template provided here, and submitted (in editable format .docx/.doc) through the abstracts submission page. Abstracts files should be named: <SURNAME>_<NAME>_abstract.docx   

Abstract submission

If the number of oral communications will exceed the number of slots available, the International Scientific Committee will proceed with a selection.

Each participant can submit only one abstract. The full payment of the registration fee is required for acceptance of the abstract. 

Guidelines for lectures and oral communications

Plenary lectures: 45 min +10 min discussion

Keynote lectures: 25 min + 5 min discussion

Oral communications: 12 min + 3 min discussion 

PowerPoint (.pptx/.ppt) or .pdf files of the presented lectures and oral communications should be sent to the organization staff in advance. Should you need any specific requirement, please contact the conference secretariat in advance (before the beginning of the session).

Guidelines for Posters

The maximum size should be A0 (841 × 1189 mm or 33.11 × 46.81 inches), in portrait orientation.
